Liability Waiver:
In consideration of the acceptance of my application in this regatta, I
hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages or
death, personal injury or property damage which I or persons
accompanying me may have, or which may subsequently accrue to me, as
a result of my participation in this regatta. This release is intended to
discharge the organizing authority, sponsors, the Brazos Sailing Club  and
BSC officers of  all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my
participation in this regatta, even though that liability may arise out of
negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned
above.I further understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during
sailboat racing, and that participants in regattas occasionally sustain
serious or mortal personal injuries, and/or property damage, as a
consequence. I knowingly assume the risks of sailboat racing, responsibility
for the safety of my crew and release and hold harmless all of the persons or
entities mentioned above who might otherwise be liable to me or my heirs
or assigns for damages.I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing
and by all other rules that govern this event.Children who are left ashore
must be supervised by an adult.

Entry fee for members is $15.  Others add $5 for a total of
$20.  Students $5 Total.  You will receive a receipt when
paying with PayPal.  

If no liability waiver is turned in, you are sailing, not racing.
